Tenuta Santori has always been an organic farm. The choice to produce according to these principles is because we want to offer our consumers a product that reflects as much as possible the territory where it is produced.
This involves a great effort but the results achieved are without doubt amazing.
The consumer will be in front of a healthy and genuine product which reflects different years in their diversity.
BIO cultivation and production is the only way that makes possible to pour a part of territory in a wine glass.

The farm extends over twenty-five hectares where olives trees and vineyards are cultivated. The varieties are those of our area such as Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Passerina, Pecorino, Trebbiano and an international variety as Cabernet Sauvignon, which reaches high levels of quality thanks to our soils and favourable expositions.

The Piceno is a beautiful area delineated by the Appenines in the west and the Adriatic Sea in the east. This is the reason of the great versatility of this territory where there are mountains, sea and hill, where grapevine are marvelously cultivated, in few kilometres. Native grape varieties are Montepulciano and Sangiovese about red grapes and Pecorino, Passerina and Trebbiano about white grapes.
As well as this fantastic panorama there are art and culture, beautiful historic towns and ancient traditions which are passed down through years.
